He wasn’t old enough to do the volunteer job on his own so I came along. At first, I grumbled a little thinking “How will I find time to do this?” but my son and I both agreed it was a super fun experience.  The dogs in these photos (and all the dogs there) are so sweet & are looking for a home.   Paws 4 Ever is a no kill shelter not too far from Chapel Hill off Hwy 54 in Mebane. This Husky girl is really really nice. She just rested her chin on my knee and leaned into me when we sat down to pet her.

This girl is a sweet hound with really big cute eyes.

This little girl is pure cheerfulness! When we took her out to the lawn she flipped on her back and wiggled around with joy! She is kind of squinting in the photo- but she really has sparkly doe-like eyes-very cute.
